Just thought I'd say, it was Spike's relationship with Buffy that caused him nothing but grief, not with Drusilla. According to James Marsters, Spike was happiest with Drusilla.CLEFTHEARThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06795654381716766038noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6115039757016622190.post-14926075753691482392014-02-04T16:00:17.130-08:002014-02-04T16:00:17.130-08:00I love Spike.
Ok now that that is out of the way...I love Spike.

Ok now that that is out of the way, I can continue. You wrote so much of what I think so I don't have too much to add, but I wanted to say I'm glad you pointed out the "slayer with a family" because it is, I think, the heart and point of the show. Even when we see other slayers later (not spoiling), it becomes so important to see the Buffy is at her best when she has support, and it is what makes her special.

And have we ever seen a villain as completely batshit crazy, watch the world burn, nuts as Dru? Certainly not on this show, before or after her.

And Spike makes me feel effulgent. Laurenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07447610323944975305noreply@blogger.com
